She manages the paperwork, coordinates deliveries, keeps the entire team on track, and somehow still has the patience to deal with Siôn on a Monday morning. Nothing, and we mean nothing, gets past Claire.

If you have called the office, chances are Claire was the friendly, reassuring voice on the other end making sure everything runs like clockwork. She is the reason your documents are right, your delivery is on time, and your experience with us feels effortless. Behind every smooth deal, there is Claire quietly making it happen.

Elle is the person who picks up the phone when you call, replies to the email you sent five minutes ago, and somehow already knows which van you are looking at before you have finished your sentence. She works alongside the sales team to make sure every enquiry is handled, every quote is followed through, and every deal moves smoothly from first conversation to keys-in-hand.

Organised, approachable and impossibly quick on the draw, Elle makes sure no enquiry slips through the cracks. If you have dealt with Sion Jones Commercials, chances are Elle was the one making sure you felt looked after from start to finish. She is also the only person in the office who can out-talk Siôn, which is saying something.

If Sion Jones Commercials had a heartbeat, Liz would be the one keeping it steady. She runs the finances with the kind of precision that makes accountants jealous. Every transaction processed on time, every bill paid before it even thinks about being late, and every penny accounted for. She does not chase deadlines. Deadlines chase her.

Liz is the quiet force behind the scenes making sure everything actually works. While the rest of the team is out selling vans and shaking hands, she is making sure the numbers add up and the business keeps moving. If something needs signing, paying or sorting, it has already been done. That is just how Liz operates. She is, without question, the boss.

Every great company has a leader who sets the tone. Ralph is ours. As the self-appointed Head of Security, his duties include thoroughly inspecting every delivery vehicle (primarily for biscuit crumbs), conducting rigorous quality control on all office snacks, barking at the postman with unwavering commitment, and providing unconditional emotional support during stressful deals.

Ralph has never once lost a customer. He has never missed a deadline. He has a 100% approval rating across the board and has been voted Employee of the Month every single month since joining, mainly because he is the only one who votes. He is also technically unpaid, which makes him comfortably the most cost-effective member of the team.
